H-Impact provides an easy-to-use platform that will allow Employers/Organizations the ability to post Jobs as they are needed based on staffing demands. Before creating a Job Post, you must first have a verified H-Impact Account.
Getting Started
To get started you'll need a verified H-Impact Account. No worries if you don't have one. It's quick, easy, and free to Create One. Once you've created your H-Impact Account, you simply need to login and create your organization by filling out the Organization Account Info form. This does't cost a thing either but a little of your time as well.
Now you are well on your way to create your Job Post.
Purchase A Job Post Package
Ok, you have a verified H-Impact Account and have registered your Organization with H-Impact. Login and Purchase your Job Posts by clicking Purchase Job Posts from the Organization section.
On the Job Posting Purchase page you'll need to select a Duration that indicates how long the Jobs will display and a Post Quantity that defines how many Posts you want. The price will adjust accordingly. Once you are satisfied with your Job Post Order, you will complete your purchase on PayPal's website. Once your payment has been successfully processed on PayPal's website, you'll be redirected by to H-Impact to create your Job Posts.

Create Job Posts

1. Create Job Post from Organization Section

To create a Job Post, you will need click the Job Postings link under Organization. The click the Create Job Post button.

2. Assign a Reference Number

When prompted, select your Organization. Now, to create a Job Post, you must have a valid active (unexpired) Reference Number. Reference Numbers expire and cann't be used after 1 year from the date of purchase. Once assigned, a Reference Number cannot be reassigned. The Reference Number defines how long the Job Post will display on H-Impact. This Duration (30, 60 or 90 days) was determined when you purchased your Job Posts. The Post Quantity you chose should also match the number of Reference Numbers per your order.

3. Specify Your Job Post Details

Complete your Job Posting by filling out the Job Posting Detail form. Along with all the other Job Details, it's a good idea and is recommended to be as specific as possible when completing the Title, Job Description, and Keywords for clarity and to boost your Job Posting to the top of the list upon search by candidates. Press the Next button to review the new Job Posting. Click the Your Job Posting button to edit the Posting as you see fit. Upon completion of the Job Details form, your Job Post will be immediately made available for search by all H-Impact visitors (with or without H-Impact accounts).

4. Tracking Candidates

Your Job's Candidates can be tracked on the Job Candidates page under the Organization section. Candidates can also be tracked real-time via an email alert when someone applies for your position(s). Candidate Employment Profiles (and attached resumes if available) are reviewable for each Candidate.
