User Accounts
Is there a fee to create an account?
No, H-Impact User accounts are free.
How do I create an account?
- Click "Sign Up" in the site's header.
- Enter the requested information including Email and Password for login credentials.
- Check your email for the "New User Account Welcome" Email sent from H-Impact.
- From the "New User Account Welcome" Email, click the "Confirm and Activate" link to return back to the site.
- Sign In to the site to activate your account.
- Sign In to the site.
- From "Your Home Page", click "Your Account" to navigate to "Your Account Settings".
- Edit and Save the settings of your choice.
Can I change my email?
No, not at this time.
Video Plans
Where do I find out what plan I am signed up for?
- Sign In to the site.
- Click "Your Plans" to review "Your Plans History".
How do I find out what videos are associated with my plan?
- Sign In.
- Click on video plans.
- Watch plan videos.
Where do I purchase/subscribe to video plans?
- While logged out, click the “Subscribe to Watch All” button or from the main menu click Videos → Available Video Plans.
- Click the Subscribe button for the plan of your choice.
- Log in when prompted.
- Click +Plan.
- Click on the plan of your choice.
- Complete Checkout Steps.
How do I cancel a video plan?
- All cancellations can be done through PayPal.
- Please note that once a plan is canceled you will no longer be billed and you will not be able to watch the videos from the canceled plan.
- Canceled plans cannot be restarted. In order to watch videos which you previously were able to watch under the canceled plan you must purchase a new plan or a different plan that allows you to see those videos.

Events
How do I sign up for events?
- Sign in.
- From the main menu navigate to Events and choose Upcoming Events.
- Review the entire Events list.
- Use the Curriculum filter by using the Filter and Clear Filter buttons.
- Click the Read More button for the Event you want.
- Enter Seats value and click the Add to Cart button.
- Log in when prompted.
- Choose an Event.
- Click Read More again.
- Review the Event Details including Cost and Location.
- Click Add to Cart, this takes you to your Cart summary.
- Click "+ Another" to return to the Events List.
- Repeat steps to add more Events as needed.
- Complete Checkout Steps.
Billing Questions
How are payments collected?
- For all purchases the checkout page redirects you to PayPal to make your purchase.
- All payments are collected on PayPal's site using their secure payment process.
- You may use an existing active PayPal account to make a purchase.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
- If you do not have a PayPal account you may create one to make your purchase.
What can cause an H-Impact purchase failure?
- Incorrect or outdated PayPal billing and mailing information may cause a purchase failure.
- Please make sure your PayPal billing and mailing information is up to date.
